External checks typically include but are not limited to: checking on snow removal contracts, ice dams, drifts, signs of forced entry, septic alarms, pooling water, building damage and heating fuel levels.

Internal checks typically include but are not limited to: heat/AC, backup heat, filter checks and replacements, wi-fi reset, moisture build up, sump pump, plumbing fixtures, water damage, windows and doors.

We may not start our day at 4 am when it snows, but we can typically provide nontraditional snow removal within 48 hours of a snow event.
